Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier Just browse our store and add products you wish to purchase to your basket. Please be sure to give FULL contact details to include address/Tel and email. Also the make of car, and the year/engine code/chassis no. This should give us all the info we need to sort your order without a problem.
Shipping and Handling
Orders are usually sent out within 5 days of purchase, First Class Recorded, as standard. We DO NOT send any of our items any other way. By sending recorded you the customer have a guarantee that you get the items quickly and without any problems. This also means that we, the seller, can keep track of all our orders without a hitch.

Damaged items and shortages
Japaneazi will need to be informed of any late or missing orders seven days from date of purchase, excluding European orders, which can take longer.
Your bought items should be inspected for damage as soon as you get them. Any damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged goods we can arrange for return of the product and either replacement with like for like item or a full refund.
Returned items
Items being returned by you MUST be returned in its original packaging, and must be in RE-SELLABLE as new condition, or a refund will not be given. Japaneazi are not responsible for postal costs incurred on any warranty claim.
No return of goods after 30 days from date of receipt of your goods.
Backorders/Special orders
Please note Special Orders CANNOT be cancelled. All special orders are to be paid for in full at time of ordering, and an approximate delivery date will be given. You will be advised when an item is SPECIAL ORDER ONLY at time of order processing by phone, so remember to include your daytime contact number.

If you have a cause for complaint then please email us, we will do our very best to resolve the matter fairly and honestly.
